Some Galaxy Watch 7 users experience Samsung Health freezing during workouts. The primary cause is a known conflict between Always-On Display and workout tracking.

Primary Fix: Disable AOD During Workouts

- Before starting workout: Swipe down tap AOD icon to disable
- Start your workout
- Re-enable AOD after workout if desired
There's a known conflict between AOD refresh and workout display updates.
