How to Reset Samsung Galaxy Watch 7
There are three types of resets for your Galaxy Watch 7: soft reset (restart), hard reset (force restart), and factory reset (erase everything). Choose based on your issue.
Reset Types

Soft Reset (Restart)
Press and hold Home button tap Restart. Takes 30-60 seconds to complete.
Hard Reset (Force Restart)
Hold Home + Back buttons together for 7-10 seconds. Release when Samsung logo appears. No data is lost.

Set Up As New When Troubleshooting
If you're resetting to fix a problem, don't restore your backup immediately. Set up as new, test the watch, then add apps one at a time to identify the culprit.
After Factory Reset
Watch enters pairing mode automatically. Pair with phone, sign in to accounts, restore backup if desired.
