Quick Fixes (Try First)

  1. Clean contacts - Wipe watch back and charging cradle with soft cloth

  3. Try different outlet - Test power source
  4. Restart watch - Hold Home button 7-10 seconds Restart
  5. Remove thick bands - Some bands interfere with charging

No Charging Response

If battery completely dead:

  • Leave on charger 10-15 minutes before display shows charging icon

Check power source:

  • Verify wall adapter is plugged in
  • Try different outlet
  • Use 9V/1.67A adapter for fast charging

Force restart:

  • Hold Home + Back buttons for 15 seconds

Charging Starts Then Stops

Common causes:

  • Poor contact (clean both surfaces)
  • Overheating (let watch cool 10-15 mins)
  • Thick band interfering (remove temporarily)
  • Faulty charging cradle

Charging Very Slow

Expected: 80-90 minutes for full charge

If taking 3+ hours:

  • Use proper adapter (9V/1.67A, not 5V/1A)
  • Close all apps while charging
  • Turn off AOD during charging
  • Charge at room temperature

Moisture Detected Warning

  1. Dry watch back completely with soft cloth
  2. Air dry for 2-4 hours
  3. Don't use heat (hair dryer)
  4. Sensor resets when fully dry
