Enable Sleep Tracking
On phone:

- Enable Track sleep automatically
- Set your sleep schedule

Sleep Animal Profiles
After 14 days of sleep data, Watch 6 assigns you one of 8 Sleep Animals:
- Each represents unique sleep characteristics
- Provides personalized tips for your sleep type
- Updates as your patterns change
Sleep Score (0-100)
Your nightly score factors in:
- Total sleep duration
- Sleep stages (light, deep, REM)
- Sleep consistency
- Blood oxygen levels
- Heart rate variability
Interpretation: 90-100 excellent, 80-89 good, 70-79 fair, below 70 needs improvement.
