Bezel Feels Stuck or Stiff
Cause: Dried sweat, salt, debris, or cold temperatures.
Solution: Soak in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes while gently working bezel back and forth. Rinse while rotating continuously for 2-3 minutes. Dry thoroughly.
Cold weather stiffness is normal — warm the watch with body heat.
Forcing rotation can permanently damage the mechanism. If soaking doesn't work, contact Samsung Support.
Bezel Feels Gritty or Scratchy
Cause: Sand, dust, or fine particles in mechanism. Very common after beach/outdoor use.
Solution:
- Don't rotate if sand is visible — rinse first
- Run water directly into bezel gap while rotating vigorously
- Continue for 2-3 minutes in both directions
- May take 2-3 rinse cycles to fully clear particles

- Try distilled water if tap water doesn't help
- If still stuck after soaking, contact Samsung — may need service
