- Swipe down from the watch face to open quick settings

Configuring Exceptions
Choose what can still come through during Do Not Disturb.
Navigate to Settings Notifications Do not disturb Allow exceptions to configure:
-
Alarms: Recommended to keep enabled so wake-up alarms still sound.
-
Priority Contacts: Star important contacts on your phone and enable priority notifications to let their calls through.
-
Repeat Callers: Allow calls from someone who calls twice within 15 minutes (potentially urgent).
Theater Mode
For complete silence with the screen off, use Theater Mode instead.
- Swipe down to quick settings
- Tap the Theater Mode icon (watch with a line through it)
- Screen stays off, wrist-raise is disabled, and DND activates
- Press a button to wake the watch when needed
Theater Mode is ideal for movies, concerts, meetings, and sleeping when you want zero disturbances.
Bedtime Mode
For sleeping, Bedtime Mode combines DND with battery-saving features.
Navigate to Settings Display Bedtime mode to enable. This mode automatically enables DND, dims the display, disables Always-On Display, and allows alarms through—all on a schedule.
Sleep Setup
For the best sleep experience, use Bedtime Mode rather than manual DND. It provides undisturbed rest while saving battery overnight and ensuring your morning alarm still sounds.
